Nepal's diverse regions offer some of the most spectacular trekking in the world. The adventurous traveler will have difficulty in selecting from the numerous tour packages, which range from trips in the steamy Terai to climbs in the snow-capped Himalaya. Treks vary from high-altitude routes to simple ones within the Kathmandu Valley. All of our treks will give you a chance to mix with the local people and get an insight into their livelihood and culture.

The most popular trekking destinations in Nepal are the Annapurna region, the Khumbu region, and the Langtang region. Wildlife includes the barking deer, Himalayan brown bear, tahr, ghoral, danphe, musk deer, and blue sheep. Three of our favorite remote treks, each a minimum of two to three weeks, include Mustang, Manaslu, the Manang region along the east side of the Annapurna region, Dolpo and many others.
